Metallica – Six Feet Down Under [EP] (2010) PART 1

Metallica están a punto de llegar a Australia y Nueva Zelanda (donde no tocan desde hace seis años) para poner punto final a su World Magnetic Tour, tras el cual se tomarán un largo periodo de descanso antes de embarcarse en nuevos proyectos.

Para celebrarlo lanzarán un EP de la mano de Universal, Six Feet Down Under, recopilando grabaciones en directo de sus anteriores visitas a aquel continente. No contará con material nuevo, por lo que parece más otra de esas piezas de coleccionismo para los que les gusta tenerlo absolutamente todo de su banda favorita, que otra cosa.

Se pondrá a la venta el próximo 20 de septiembre, en edición limitada y exclusivamente en la tienda oficial de la banda. Ocho canciones grabadas en sus cuatro giras entre 1989 y 2004 (dos de cada) y que han sido recuperadas gracias a que tienen grabadas todas las pistas de cada uno de sus conciertos y a los numerosos bootlegs de sus fans.
